Why is Biologique Kitchen Cleaner Better Than Degreasers?
Degreasers only smear FOG and re-deposit the oily, slick residue on floors, walls and equipment, “re-greasing” the surfaces. The use of standard degreasers only emulsifies or liquefies the FOG and allows it to re-deposit in hard-to-reach areas, drains and grease traps. Unlike degreasers, which only liquefy FOG, Biologique Kitchen Cleaner digests the slick, oily film.

Directions
Shake well. Products may separate due to natural ingredients.
Apply the product by spraying/pouring it onto the surface or object. Agitate by scrubbing or brushing.
Leave on the surface for at least 1-3 min and rinse, wipe, or mop clean.
Dilution
Spray bottle: 7.5 ml per 750ml, 10ml per 1L
Mop: 50ml per 10L Water
